Completion and Handover

Based on the terms of engagement we will then commence the smooth transition from our Consultants to your support staff. This process involves on-site and off-site training, mentoring and knowledge transfer.

Again if we are engaged to support the new environment and solution, we will still ensure that your support team and personnel are trained up to eventually take ownership of your newly built and deployed solution.

At every stage of the project we will ensure the following:

• Agreed regular meetings between the client and our Consultants
• Regular updates in the form of documentation
• Project is not overrun – costs and time agreed for delivery of solution
• Issues that may arise are dealt with effectively with a view to completing on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of the client
